The Process

Innovior reviewed the inflight catering delivery service model, creating a predictive analytics model to calculate catering orders based on real-time POS data, combining sales from the last flight, number of people on the next flight and time of day as well as using sales data from the same flight 12 months ago. The process uses Intelligent Automation to send the order to the catering team on the ground.
